Their business is heavily driven by inbound lead generation and digital marketing, supported by inside and outside sales teams responsible for closing business through phone-based and in-person sales processes. As the company continues to scale, they are focused on strengthening sales performance, improving consistency, and building a more structured, accountability-driven sales organization.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Sales Enablement Manager will serve as the central leader for sales coaching, performance improvement, and process optimization across the company’s sales organization. This role is focused on improving conversion rates, strengthening sales consistency, and supporting both inside and outside sales representatives through structured coaching, quality assurance, training, and enablement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coaching & Performance DevelopmentConduct regular coaching sessions with inside and outside sales representativesReview sales calls, customer interactions, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunitiesProvide structured feedback focused on objection handling, closing techniques, urgency creation, and customer communicationImprove close rates, appointment conversion rates, and overall sales consistency across the organizationSales QA & Call ReviewImplement and manage quality assurance processes for inbound and outbound customer interactionsReview recorded calls and deliver actionable coaching feedbackIdentify recurring objections, performance trends, and process inefficiencies impacting conversionsEstablish performance benchmarks and accountability standardsTraining & OnboardingDevelop onboarding materials and ongoing training programs for sales team membersCreate SOPs, scripts, sales frameworks, and enablement resourcesRun roleplay sessions, mock sales calls, and workshops to improve execution and confidenceEnsure alignment on messaging, service offerings, and sales processesProcess Improvement & Sales OperationsCollaborate with leadership to optimize lead handling workflows and sales operationsImprove follow-up systems, lead routing, pipeline management, and reporting processesIdentify operational bottlenecks impacting speed-to-lead and conversion performanceSupport KPI tracking and sales performance reportingTeam Collaboration & Leadership SupportServe as a trusted mentor and resource for the sales teamFoster a high-performance and accountability-driven sales culturePartner closely with leadership to align sales initiatives with business goalsImprove communication and collaboration between inside and outside sales teamsQualificationsExperience3+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, sales training, or sales management rolesProven experience coaching sales teams and improving conversion performanceExperience working within inbound lead environments and high-volume sales processesExperience in home services, pest control, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or similar service-based industries strongly preferredSkillsStrong understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and consultative sales processesAbility to analyze sales metrics and identify coaching opportunitiesExperience conducting call reviews and implementing QA frameworksStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience creating SOPs, training documentation, and sales process improvementsFamiliarity with CRMs, sales tracking systems, and reporting toolsStrong leadership presence with the ability to build trust and team buy-inOperational mindset focused on systems, consistency, and measurable improvementComfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeImproved close rates across inside and outside sales teamsIncreased consistency in sales execution and customer interactionsStronger accountability and performance visibility throughout the sales organizationImproved onboarding and ramp-up processes for new hiresPositive feedback from leadership and team members regarding coaching and supportClear improvements in lead handling, follow-up systems, and sales KPIsOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to step into a highly impactful leadership position within a growing home services company with strong lead flow and an established sales organization.
