The company is committed to balancing technical excellence with competitive pricing to meet diverse client needs.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Engineer role based in 6th of October City, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Sales Engineer will engage with industrial, commercial, and municipal clients to understand water treatment needs, prepare technical and commercial offers, and support the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, gathering technical data, proposing appropriate treatment technologies, and coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and accurate costing. The role involves delivering technical presentations, responding to RFQs, following up on proposals, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support to maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help refine solutions and support business growth.QualificationsStrong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical, cost-effective water treatment solutions.Proven Sales and Customer Service capabilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.Experience or strong interest in water treatment, industrial utilities, or related engineering services is highly advantageous.Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and travel to client sites across Egypt as needed.Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD or design tools is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, client-focused environment.
