Role DescriptionThe Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering technical solutions. Responsibilities include preparing technical presentations, demonstrating products, providing technical support, and contributing to sales strategies. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustained business growth. QualificationsProficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively promote and present technical solutionsTechnical Support expertise to troubleshoot and provide solutions for client needsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build long-term relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams to align technical and sales objectivesRelevant educational background in engineering or a related fieldFamiliarity with industrial machinery and packaging lines is a plusFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous
