Sales Engineer

Industry: Architecture, Interior Design & ContractingLocation: Second New Cairo, EgyptRole ObjectiveWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to join Clad Fine Creations team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our technical finishing capabilities and our clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and securing high-end finishing projects to drive company growth.Key Responsibilities•Business Development: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (residential, commercial, and administrative) to generate new leads and projects.•Technical Consulting: Meet with clients to understand their vision and provide technical advice on finishing materials, layouts, and implementation methods.•Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process regarding pricing, timelines, and contract terms to ensure successful deal closures.•Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate developers, consultants, design houses, and luxury homeowners.•Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new finishing technologies/materials to maintain our competitive edge.Qualifications & Skills:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, we prioritize candidates with a strong practical understanding of the finishing industry.• Experience: [2-5] years of experience in sales, Proven experience in sales within the Finishing, Fit-out, or Construction sectors. We value a solid track record of bringing in projects more than specific academic backgrounds.•Technical Knowledge: You must "speak the language" of finishing. This includes understanding materials, implementation stages, and the ability to explain technical details to clients clearly.•Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and excellent negotiation skills.•Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google workspace (especially Google sheets & Forms) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.•Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
