Role DescriptionThe Technical Sales Engineer will support the execution of the company’s sales plan by identifying and developing new industrial accounts, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s range of power transmission productsThe role includes conducting regular factory visits, meeting with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing teams, providing technical product selection and application support, preparing and following up on quotations, and working towards achieving sales targets. The engineer will also help identify opportunities in different industries, gather market information. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams in industrial environments. Good problem-solving ability and a basic understanding of mechanical power transmission systems such as belts, pulleys, and couplings is considered an advantage. Candidates should be organized, proactive in identifying new opportunities, and keen to learn and grow within the role. Willingness to travel regularly to industrial zones and factories is required. Having a car is considered a plus. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
