Sales Engineer

1- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.2- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide basic technical advice on panel components and configurations.3- Maintain updated records of sales activities, site visits, and client feedback4- Follow up on receivables to ensure healthy cash flow, acting as a liaison between the client's procurement and the company's finance team.5- Facilitate the "kick-off" meeting between Sales and Production once an order is won, ensuring all approved shop drawings and special client requests are clearly communicated.6- Act as the first point of contact for technical troubleshooting or warranty claims, coordinating with the service team to resolve site issues promptly. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Power or Mechatronics preferred).Fundamental understanding of electrical components (breakers, contactors, relays) and the ability to read basic single-line diagrams (SLDs).Strong communication, eagerness to learn, resilience in face-to-face sales, and a valid driver's license for field visits.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and basic familiarity with AutoCAD or estimation software.
