This strong network provides team members with exposure to leading-edge materials, technologies, and market trends.Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Egypt Pannel is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Obour. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify customer needs, propose suitable decorative and technical panel solutions, and support the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations and technical demonstrations, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and providing ongoing technical support to customers. The role also involves visiting client sites, maintaining strong relationships with designers, contractors, and distributors, and gathering market feedback to help improve product offerings. The Sales Engineer is expected to maintain detailed records in CRM or related systems and contribute to sales targets while upholding high standards of customer service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits.Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities to assist clients with product selection, application, and troubleshooting.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting solutions, negotiating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and closing techniques.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, maintaining responsive, professional, and solution-oriented interactions with clients.Relevant experience in building materials, decorative panels, or related industries is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Obour, visit customer locations, and manage time effectively across multiple accounts.Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong business writing and presentation skills, is an advantage.
