Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Menouf, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and excellent communication. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand and address their technical requirements, providing product demonstrations, offering technical support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies and address client needs promptly. Qualifications Proficient in Sales Engineering and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issuesStrong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written form, to effectively collaborate with clients and team membersBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldProblem-solving mindset and ability to work in a hybrid environmentPrior experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
