FabriHub enables customers to access advanced manufacturing capabilities directly from their laptops or phones.Role Description The Sales Engineer role at FabriHub is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between customers and the FabriHub manufacturing ecosystem, understanding customer requirements, reviewing technical drawings or CAM files, and proposing suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product and platform demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and responding to customer inquiries with accurate technical information. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure feasibility, pricing, and timely delivery of customer orders. The Sales Engineer will also support pre-sales and post-sales activities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities within target industries.QualificationsStrong foundation in Sales Engineering and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical manufacturing solutions.Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and managing accounts.Technical Support skills to assist customers with platform use, clarify specifications, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with CAM, CNC machining, or industrial manufacturing processes is highly beneficial.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer relationship management, documentation, and reporting.
