Role OverviewWe are looking for a Fire alarm & Fire fighting systems Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to design and deliver effective fire detection systems. The ideal candidate will lead the full sales cycle, from understanding client requirements and preparing technical proposals to presenting tailored Fire alarm solutions and closing deals.You will work closely with technical and project teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs while building long-term relationships with clients and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Fire alarm solutions.Present and demonstrate Fire alarm solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closing.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution implementation.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in Fire alarm.Achieve sales targets while contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in Fire alarm, Fire Fighting, or physical security solutions sales.Strong knowledge of Fire alarm systems.Ability to interpret technical specifications and design customized Fire alarm solutions.Strong client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet sales targets.
