Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting clients with suitable solutions that meet their requirements.LocationBadr CityKey Responsibilities· Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industry sectors.· Generate qualified sales leads through networking, market intelligence, referrals, and customer engagement activities.· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.· Expand the company’s customer base by acquiring new clients while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.· Continuously assess market opportunities and develop effective customer acquisition strategies.· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.· Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, workshops, and site visits to understand project requirements.· Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.· Provide consultative support to customers by recommending optimal technical solutions aligned with their business needs.· Collaborate with Presales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to develop customized solutions.· Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and bid documentation.· Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM and company reporting systems.· Track project opportunities from initial inquiry through negotiation, award, and project handover.· Prepare sales forecasts, opportunity assessments, and periodic business reports.Qualifications· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.· 1–3 years of experience in Sales· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.· Ability to understand technical solutions and translate customer requirements into business opportunities.· Good command of English (written and spoken).· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.· Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.· Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
