Joining the company offers opportunities to work with emerging technologies and contribute directly to the growth and success of its products and customers.ROLE DESCRIPTION——————————————The Sales Engineer will work remotely in a full-time capacity, partnering closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Majarra Labs' solutions address their technical and business requirements.This is a commission-based role — compensation is directly tied to the projects and deals the Sales Engineer brings in. The more you close, the more you earn.This role involves preparing and delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept configurations tailored to prospective clients. The Sales Engineer will respond to technical inquiries, provide pre- and post-sales support, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and refine offerings.Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying opportunities from a technical perspective, creating solution proposals, supporting RFP responses, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to implementation and customer success. The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and solution designs, while building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.QUALIFICATIONS——————————————• Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales roles• Background in B2B technology, software, or SaaS environments (project-based experience is a strong plus)• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English• Self-driven and results-oriented — your income grows with the projects you close• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while working remotely• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindsetNICE TO HAVE• Experience with AI, automation, or system integration projects• Existing network in the Egyptian or MENA tech/business marketCOMPENSATION——————————————Commission-based — directly tied to the projects you bring in.Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote
