The company operates under ISO 9001:2000 certification, ensuring consistent quality and reliability for all products.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in 6th of October. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, present MakaremTex’s technical non-woven and geotextile solutions, and prepare tailored offers based on customer requirements. The role involves conducting technical product demonstrations, advising clients on product selection and application, and collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer specifications. The Sales Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, respond to inquiries, and handle product-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales forecasts and reports, visiting client sites, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts and distributors.Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear value propositions.Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client accounts and handling negotiations.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Background or strong interest in textiles, non-wovens, geotextiles, or related industrial products is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Textile, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits, and collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Previous experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing environments and familiarity with ISO quality systems is an advantage.
