The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the sales process, assisting in understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored product solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, addressing inquiries, and working closely with the sales and customer service teams to build strong client relationships.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) industry and experience working with furniture, interior design projects, hospitality, residential, or commercial fit-out environments. The role requires the ability to collaborate with designers, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver suitable product solutions and support project specifications.QualificationsStrong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.Exceptional skills in Sales and Customer Service to deliver client-focused solutions.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain technical concepts and product specifications to clients.Proven experience or strong knowledge of the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) sector.Experience working with furniture manufacturers, interior design studios, fit-out companies, hospitality projects, or related industries is highly preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, furniture specifications, and project requirements.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate within a team and work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
