All products are designed and built to meet the specific standards and requirements of each target market.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Cairo. The Sales Engineer will support the sales cycle by understanding customer transport requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting suitable vehicle solutions. The role involves interpreting technical specifications, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring that product configurations meet market and customer standards. The Sales Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, support tenders and bids, and provide ongoing technical support to customers before and after delivery. Daily tasks also include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales documentation and forecasts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored vehicle specifications and solutions.Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting the full sales cycle.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience or strong interest in commercial vehicles, automotive, or manufacturing industries.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and standards relevant to vehicle applications.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in proposals and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
