The Sales Engineer - Agri Products Line is responsible for driving sales and building Optimum Dynamix’s presence within the agricultural products sector. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored technical solutions, building good client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process, from generating customer orders to coordinating delivery and invoicing. The role will involve collaborating with the Sales Manager to support Optimum dynamix in establishing its Agri Products line as a trusted choice among clients in Egypt. Sales and Revenue Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Agri Products line, focusing on key clients like agricultural firms and farms.Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to Customers, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals.Generate Customer Orders (CO) in the ODOO ERP system and update their status to “approved” once the client confirms the order.Maintain accurate sales data by updating CRM tools with customer interactions and status updates.Track and monitor market trends and competitor activities for new opportunities.Support the Sales Manager in mentoring Junior Sales Engineers, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities..Technical Consultation and Solution Selling Serve as a technical expert for OPTIMUM DYNAMIX’s Agri products, understanding customer needs and offering custom solutions.Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers, ensuring that the product meets their technical requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product advantages and applications to potential customers.Order Processing and CoordinationSend approved purchase orders (POs) to the Sales Coordinator for processing and follow up on order fulfillment.In cases of delayed delivery, follow up with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure the CO items remain reserved in the inventory until delivery is completed.Invoicing, Payment Collection, and Purchase OrdersEnsure the Finance team confirms the issuance of invoices for completed orders.Actively follow up on payment collection when required and address any client inquiries about payments.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to monitor payment statuses and resolve issues promptly.Claims Handling and CoordinationAct as a primary contact for handling claims, leveraging the team’s technical expertise to ensure efficient resolution.Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator, who will handle claims administration, to resolve claims promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers by providing excellent service and support.Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with OPTIMUM DYNAMIX’s products.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.Represent OPTIMUM DYNAMIX at trade shows and industry events to promote products and generate leads.Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, and Finance team to streamline order, delivery, and payment processes
