Job PurposeTo drive profitable sales growth by acquiring new business opportunities and developing existing client relationships, while managing the full sales cycle and ensuring accurate technical and commercial coordination.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive revenue growth through the development and expansion of existing client accounts.Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.Develop and execute effective lead generation through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market engagement.Achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders in the market.Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project acquisition process.Conduct regular client visits and follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.Technical & Commercial SupportApply all aspects of the selling process, including presentations, negotiations, and project closing.Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals, bids, and quotations in coordination with relevant departments.Ensure pricing accuracy while maintaining acceptable profit margins.Project Inspection & EstimationConduct site visits to inspect, scope, photograph, and assess project requirements.Prepare cost estimates and support bid preparation in line with project specifications.Ensure all submitted bids and estimates are accurate, complete, and free from errors.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and submit all required sales documentation on time, including bids, proposals, change orders, and weekly call reports.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.Marketing & Market RepresentationRepresent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing market presence and generating new leads. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.Good understanding of construction projects, architectural specifications, and engineering principles.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.Results driven, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering .).Experience1 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role.
