About The RoleWe require a Sales Executive to join our Building & Infrastructure department to drive sales of our comprehensive inspection and certification services across hospitality and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will focus on developing business in the Red Sea region and Cairo, targeting hotels, malls, and hospitals. He will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to departmental revenue targets. This is a performance-based role with incentive compensation for achieving targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact major hotel chains, hospital networks, and mall operators in the Red Sea regionPresent our services (elevator inspections, electrical system checks, fire safety audits, pressure vessel testing, lifting equipment inspections)Develop partnerships with corporate facility directors, operations managers, and compliance officersNegotiate multi-property, multi-year inspection agreementsTrack opportunities and report progress to your managerWork toward monthly and quarterly sales goals with performance-based incentivesRequired Qualifications2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in services, inspections, or B2B)Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience managing client relationshipsProficiency with Salesforce CRMBachelor's degreeLocal knowledge of Red Sea region and Cairo marketExperience selling to corporate/institutional clients preferredAdditional RequirementsTechnical background or knowledge of elevators, electrical systems, fire safety, or pressure equipmentExperience selling inspection/certification servicesKnowledge of regulatory compliance requirementsLanguage skills: Fluent EnglishAdvanced Salesforce skills
