We support organizations with compliance‑driven ISO solutions, led by SFDA‑aligned ISO 22000 food safety, supported by ISO 45001 occupational health & safety and ISO 27001 information security services.Role PurposeThe Sales Executive is responsible for developing and closing B2B compliance and ISO certification opportunities in Saudi Arabia by following a structured, multi‑track sales approach:Primary Track: ISO 22000 & SFDA food safety complianceParallel Track: ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & SafetySelective Track: ISO 27001 – Information SecurityThe role requires discipline, maturity, and the ability to diagnose compliance pressure and follow the correct sales track.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentManage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.Lead sales activities primarily for ISO 22000 & SFDA‑regulated food businesses.Handle ISO 45001 opportunities for construction, industrial, and contractor clients when H&S triggers exist.Handle ISO 27001 opportunities selectively for IT, service, and enterprise clients when contract or regulatory requirements exist.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Consultative Client EngagementConduct professional discovery and diagnostic calls focused on:Regulatory pressureInspection or audit riskLegal and contractual requirementsEngage with decision makers such as:Food Safety / Quality ManagersQHSE ManagersOperations ManagersGeneral Managers / OwnersClearly position ISO standards as risk‑reduction and compliance tools, not certificates.Sales Process DisciplineFollow the company’s mandatory sales checklist before:Issuing proposalsSharing pricingEngaging technical teamsAccurately document all opportunities in CRM, including:Compliance track (ISO 22000 / 45001 / 27001)Urgency and decision timelineDecision maker detailsAvoid multi‑ISO pitching without a confirmed trigger.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with technical, audit, and training teams to ensure:Correct scopingRealistic timelinesCompliance‑focused proposalsSupport upselling and cross‑selling of training and integrated systems within existing clients.Required Experience & QualificationsExperience: 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:ISO certification / consultancy MandatoryCompliance or regulatory services preferredQHSE / food safety / H&S services preferredB2B professional services in regulated industries mandatoryExperience selling to Saudi Arabian companies is mandatory.Knowledge & UnderstandingBasic understanding of:ISO 22000 (strong advantage)ISO 45001 (advantage)ISO 27001 (advantage)Awareness of:SFDA inspection environmentCompliance‑driven buying behavior in KSA(Auditor‑level technical knowledge is NOT required.)Skills & CompetenciesStrong consultative selling skillsAbility to speak confidently with managementStructured and disciplined sales approachExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood command of English and Arabic MandatoryComfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft officeWork Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAlso, You can forward your CV through below link for more upcoming Job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
