Goocast is hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within studios, media production, or podcasting environments, and is passionate about building relationships and closing deals in the creative industry.If you are confident, results-driven, and understand how studios and podcasts operate, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and convert potential clients (brands, creators, agencies, and businesses).Present and sell podcast studio services, recording packages, production solutions, and add-ons.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct studio tours and explain production workflows and service offerings.Follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.Assist with filming short promotional videos, client testimonials, and basic studio shoots when needed.Support content creation for social media by capturing video clips during recording sessions or events.Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client data.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on podcast trends, competitors, and market opportunities.Requirements & Qualifications1–3years of experience in sales or business development.A previous experience in a podcast studio, media production house, or creative studio is highly preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients on and off camera.Ability to understand creative services and translate them into value for clients.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Ability to work on-site in a studio environment.
