Our client is seeking to hire a high-agency, result-oriented Account Executive who will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, managing the full sales cycle, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:§ Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate and advance sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, events, and executive engagement.§ Own and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.§ Conduct discovery sessions, build compelling business cases, and present tailored solutions to prospects.§ Apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to qualify opportunities and manage deal progression effectively.§ Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of pilots, proposals, and customer onboarding.§ Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.§ Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to strengthen go-to-market strategies and product development.What Success Looks LikeWithin six months, you will:· Achieve significant new revenue growth through acquisition of new customers and expansion opportunities.· Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.· Demonstrate strong forecasting accuracy and consistent CRM discipline.· Drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal progression.Key Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.· 3–5 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions into financial services or insurance sectors.· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.· Experience managing full enterprise sales cycles and closing complex deals.· Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.· Practical experience using MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales frameworks.· Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.· Highly self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.Preferred Qualifications· Existing relationships within insurance companies, banks, or financial institutions across East Africa.· Experience selling across Morocco, South Africa, Egypt, and other Sub-Saharan African markets.· Fluency in Swahili, French, or Arabic is an added advantage.· Experience using AI-enabled sales tools for prospecting, research, and meeting management.
