Promote and sell Mansoura Glass products to potential and existing clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities including retailers and wholesalers.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Collaborate with the production team to align customer requirements with product availability.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support when needed.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the management team.
