The role requires daily field visits and direct interaction with customers to ensure strong market coverage and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and develop new customer accounts across assigned channels.Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.Present Nexo products and secure new listings.Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.Generate orders and follow up on customer needs.Ensure product availability across assigned accounts.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to management.Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to support sales operations.Prepare regular sales and activity reports.Qualifications1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales.Previous experience in food, beverage, dairy, or consumer goods is preferred.Experience in opening new accounts and developing customer relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of the Egyptian retail and distribution landscape.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to spend the majority of working time in the field.Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.Preferred QualificationsValid driving license.Access to a personal vehicle.Existing relationships with, supermarkets, cafés, convenience stores, gyms, universities, or other relevant channels.Experience working with distributors or wholesalers.Experience in startup or high-growth environments.SkillsFMCG Sales • Sales Representative • Retail Sales • Business Development • Account Management • Distributor Management • Channel Sales • Negotiation • Market Development • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Microsoft ExcelJob DetailsLocation: Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorkplace: On-Site
