Role Description The Sales Executive role at OarccEgypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of existing clients, and maintain strong, professional relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services, tracking sales performance using CRM tools, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive will stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, participate in industry events when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.Qualifications Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools to track activities and performance.Solid understanding of general business and commercial concepts, with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a related industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
