Position: Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Cairo or Giza, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeProbation Period: 3 monthsCompensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based commissionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities for our marketing and digital services company. The role is focused on identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, booking meetings, following up, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is comfortable with outreach, follow-up, rejection, and measurable targets. The ideal candidate is organised, confident, and able to create new opportunities rather than waiting for warm leads.Key Responsibilities• Identify and qualify potential clients, primarily in Egypt, with selective outreach to Saudi Arabia and the GCC.• Build, update, and manage a structured lead database.• Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.• Qualify leads by understanding business needs, budget, urgency, and decision-making process.• Book meetings with business owners, marketing managers, and other decision-makers.• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain clear communication until the opportunity is closed or disqualified.• Coordinate with management on proposals and closing timelines.• Track daily sales activity, pipeline status, follow-ups, and expected opportunities.• Prepare concise weekly reports covering outreach, meetings, proposals, objections, and pipeline progress.• Represent the company professionally in all client communication.Services You Will Help Sell• Social media management• Performance marketing and paid advertising• Website design and development• SEO and content support• Creative design and content creation• Video editing and reels• Full-service marketing support for businesses that need an external marketing teamRequirements• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a similar role.• Experience selling marketing, advertising, digital services, software, or B2B services is preferred.• Proven ability to generate leads independently, not only work with ready-made leads.• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.• Confidence when engaging with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.• Good organisational skills and ability to maintain a clear pipeline.• Comfortable with outreach, rejection, and working toward measurable targets.• Good command of English • Basic understanding of digital marketingWhat We Are Looking For• Someone proactive, disciplined, and serious about daily sales activity.• Someone who can create opportunities from scratch, not only rely on referrals.• Someone who follows up consistently without needing to be pushed.• Someone who understands that sales is a daily process, not only personal connections.• Someone who can report clearly and work comfortably with numbers and targets.Monthly Targets and ExpectationsPerformance will be measured using clear activity and pipeline targets.
