The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct meetings and presentations to understand their business needs, and position SM’s service portfolio—including supply chain, accounts, HR, and financial services—as effective solutions. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, following up on service satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.QualificationsStrong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.Experience with customer relationship management, including client communication, account follow-up, and post-sales support.Ability to understand and articulate business services related to supply chain, accounts management, HR, and financial services.Competence in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a focus on long-term, trust-based partnerships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret client requirements and market trends.Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards.Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Previous experience in business services or professional services sales within the MENA or Gulf region is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
