Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Export Specialist located in 6th of October. The responsibilities of the role include preparing and managing export documentation, assisting with the export process, and ensuring compliance with international regulations. The role involves liaising with clients, addressing their inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and facilitating smooth communication with stakeholders in global markets. Additionally, the specialist will support end-to-end customer service throughout the import and export cycle. QualificationsProficiency in Export Documentation and familiarity with international trade practicesStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with global customers and stakeholdersExperience in Export and Import Export operationsCustomer Service skills to address inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive client relationshipsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyKnowledge of international shipping regulations and trade compliance is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related fieldProficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
