What You’ll Do:• Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.• Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.Requirements:• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.• Average English communication skills are required.• Candidates must hold a valid graduation certificate before joining.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and achieving sales targets.• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career path.
