Our team works closely with clients to transform their ideas into functional and aesthetically appealing living spaces, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Kitchen Designer based in New Cairo, Egypt.The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, creating customized kitchen and furniture designs, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. The role involves preparing design proposals, presenting solutions, conducting site measurements when required, and coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with sales skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve business targets.QualificationsPrevious experience in Kitchen Design, Furniture Design, or Interior Design Sales.Proficiency in SketchUp (preferred) and other design software.Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, cabinetry, materials, accessories, and furniture solutions.Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Ability to convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical design solutions.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams.Experience in home finishing, furniture, or interior design industry is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
