Feed Industry Sales Engineer / Business Development ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Country Representatives to develop the feed market and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers.Support the development and management of marketing channels within the feed / poultry farming industry, including agents, key accounts, industry consultants, and government stakeholders, to identify new business opportunities.Assist in tracking project leads and business opportunities, prepare project proposals and quotations, and follow up to secure new contracts.Support contract execution by monitoring project progress, providing after-sales service coordination, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.Participate in organizing and executing marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, technical trainings, and customer visits to enhance the regional brand influence of FAMSUN.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Feed Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the feed industry or poultry farming, with a solid understanding of feed processing technology.Proven exposure to sales activities, with existing customer resources in the feed or agri-business sector preferred.Experience in feed engineering companies or similar industries will be a strong advantage.Core CompetenciesStrong knowledge of feed processing technology, with practical understanding of feed mill operations and production management.Ability to develop and manage feed or poultry farming project sales opportunities within the agriculture and animal husbandry sectors.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground in feed mills, animal nutrition companies,poultry farming or feed engineering firmsExperience in production management, technical roles, or project salesTrack record of involvement in feed plant projects or agri-industrial solutionsFamiliar with regional market dynamics and capable of handling customer-facing roles
