About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to build and establish our Sales Department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in selling services (not products), particularly within the cleaning and facility services industry, to design the sales function, set the strategy, and lead the company's growth journey from day one.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, well-organized, and highly motivated leader who understands the unique dynamics of service-based sales, intangible value selling, and long-term client relationship management.Key Responsibilities🔹 Department Setup & Strategy Establish and structure the Sales Department from the ground up, including processes, policies, workflows, and reporting systems.Design and implement the company's sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plan tailored to the cleaning services industry.Build the sales tech stack (CRM, pipeline tools, proposal templates, SLAs) and define KPIs from scratch.Develop the sales playbook, scripts, and onboarding materials for future hires.🔹 Team Building & LeadershipPartner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing sales team from zero.Mentor, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, incentives, and career growth paths.🔹 Business Development & GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets within the cleaning services sector (commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with corporate clients, facility managers, real estate developers, hotels, hospitals, and government entities.Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, tenders, RFPs, and strategic partnerships.🔹 Service Marketing & Client RelationshipsPosition and sell intangible services by emphasizing value, quality, reliability, and trust — not just price.Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to align service delivery with client expectations and brand promise.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.Negotiate and close service contracts (one-time, recurring, and annual agreements).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven experience in the cleaning services industry (or related facility management / soft services sector) is a MUST.Demonstrated expertise in selling SERVICES (not products) — strong understanding of intangible value selling, service-level agreements, and long-term contract management.Track record of building or restructuring a sales department from scratch.Strong knowledge of the B2B sales cycle, tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales analytics.Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.Preferred SkillsEstablished network within the facility management, real estate, hospitality, or corporate services sectors.Experience preparing and winning government and corporate tenders.Knowledge of cleaning industry standards, certifications, and operational workflows.What We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive performance-based commission and bonuses.The unique opportunity to build a sales department from zero and shape the company's growth.A leadership role with full ownership and decision-making authority.Clear career growth path into senior leadership (Sales Director / Head of Commercial).Dynamic and supportive work environment.
