Job Objective:Lead sales strategies and expand the company's market share by developing a B2B client base in courier services, warehousing solutions, and integrated logistics. The focus will be on building long-term relationships and achieving sustainable revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e-commerce companies, SMEs, and corporate entities requiring courier (parcel delivery) and warehousing solutions.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.Provide customized logistics solutions for clients, including warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery services.Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers to ensure our logistics services are preferred over competitors.Analyze market trends in the Egyptian courier and parcel sector to remain competitive and develop innovative sales offerings.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on sales techniques specific to the logistics industry.Prepare regular sales performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics sales, with proven experience in courier services (parcel delivery) or warehousing solutions.In-depth understanding of "last-mile" operations and logistics services related to e-commerce.Strong network and previous experience within the logistics and shipping market in Egypt.Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Very good command of English.
