The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury real estate properties, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, and closing high-value transactions. The role includes building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a premium client experience at every stage. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activities with business objectives and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate CRM records, providing regular sales reports, and mentoring junior sales team members to achieve targets.QualificationsProven experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value investment sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex and high-stakes client discussions.Strong client relationship management skills, including lead nurturing, follow-up, and delivering a high-end, service-oriented client experience.Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation basics, and relevant legal or regulatory considerations in the region.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed City, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends when required.Comfort with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and standard office applications for reporting and pipeline management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client and transaction information.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, performance-driven team.
