With one of the largest distribution networks across more than 34 countries in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, we are committed to delivering value-added solutions to our customers.About the OpportunitiesWe are currently hiring two Sales Managers to join our Food Ingredients business unit in Cairo, Egypt, each focused on a specialised segment:Bakery & Confectionery (JB851)Dairy, Beverages & Nutraceuticals (JB852)In both roles, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering tailored ingredient solutions.Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies aligned with REDA’s growth objectives.🔹 Role 1: Sales Manager – Bakery & Confectionery (JB851)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the Bakery & Confectionery industriesIdentify new business opportunities and convert leads into profitable salesMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needsPromote specialty raw materials for Bakery & Confectionery applicationsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutionsAchieve sales targets, margins, and growth KPIsProvide accurate forecasts and pipeline updatesRepresent REDA at client meetings, technical visits, and industry eventsProfile3–5 years of experience in:Bakery (pastry, cakes, biscuits)Confectionery (chocolate, sweets, jams, fruit fillings, spreads)🔹 Role 2: Sales Manager – Dairy, Beverages & Nutraceuticals (JB852)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage customer relationships across Dairy, Beverage, and Nutraceutical segmentsDrive new business development and market expansionMonitor industry trends and identify growth opportunitiesPromote specialty ingredients across multiple application areasWork closely with internal teams to deliver customised solutionsAchieve sales targets and performance KPIsProvide sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline visibilityRepresent REDA at customer meetings and industry eventsProfile: 3–5 years of experience in:Dairy (milk, cheese, butter, yoghurt, ice cream)Beverages (juices, soft drinks, bottled water, coffee & tea)Nutraceuticals✅ Requirements (Applicable to Both Roles)Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related fieldExperience in specialty chemicals or ingredient distribution/manufacturing is a plusStrong ability to translate technical features into commercial value propositionsGood understanding of market trends and regulatory landscapeProven experience in managing relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and R&D teamsExperience with CRM systems and MS Office toolsStrong communication skills in Arabic and EnglishExcellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel across Egypt and visit customer sitesMust be based in Greater Cairo📩 Why Join REDA?Join a dynamic, growth-driven organisation where you will work with leading global suppliers, develop your technical and commercial expertise, and contribute to expanding our footprint across key Food Ingredients markets.
