The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, with a focus on life and medical insurance products. Daily activities include developing and implementing local sales plans, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to sales representatives on prospecting, client meetings, and closing business. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and organizing sales activities such as presentations, field visits, and follow-ups. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with branch and regional leadership on forecasting, reporting, and ensuring that sales practices align with company policies, compliance requirements, and service quality standards.Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in life or medical insurance, financial services, or related fields.Strong leadership and team-coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales professionals.Solid skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities to oversee day-to-day activities and achieve branch sales objectives.Comfort with sales reporting, basic data analysis, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of the Egyptian insurance market and local regulations is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Markaz Tanta and conduct regular field visits within the region.
