In addition to building envelope design and construction, UN-CS offers multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services across diverse sectors and is an authorized Kalzip installer in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Cairo. The Sales Manager will lead and grow the sales pipeline for building envelope solutions and engineering services, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing contracts and managing key customer accounts. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering client presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company targets. The role will work closely with engineering, project management, and estimating teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of offers. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, maintain a CRM system, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and represent UN-CS at industry events and client meetings.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in construction, engineering, or building envelope systems.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.Strong skills in client relationship building, presentation, and negotiation, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.Familiarity with building envelope solutions, roofing and façade systems, or related technical products is highly desirable.Comfort working closely with technical teams to translate client needs into accurate proposals and coordinated project handovers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software, along with data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.Willingness to work on-site in Cairo and travel as needed for client visits, site meetings, and industry events.
