The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing digital media channels, and driving sales growth to increase occupancy and revenue. This role involves building strong B2B/B2C relationships and promoting the property's services to global and local clients.Sales & Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships with travel agencies/tour operators.Handle inbound inquiries, conduct property tours for potential corporate clients, and close sales deals effectively.Maintain an updated database of active and prospective clients.Marketing & Brand Management:Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.Monitor, reply to, and engage with online guest reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, including photography, videography, flyers, and digital brochures.Market Analysis & Reporting:Monitor market trends, analyze competitors' pricing/packages, and suggest innovative promotional offers.Track the performance of marketing campaigns and sales conversions, providing regular reports to management.Work Conditions & Benefits:Working Hours: 8 hours per day.Days Off: 1 day off per week.Compensation: Competitive basic salary (based on experience) + an attractive commission/incentive structure based on achieved sales targets. Job Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.1–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sectors.Skills & Competencies:Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media algorithms, and content creation.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
