Job SummaryThe Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing marketing activities that support the company’s localization, translation, and application services. The role focuses on implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, coordinating content creation, supporting lead generation efforts, and ensuring consistent brand communication. The Marketing Supervisor works closely with sales, operations, and localization teams to enhance market presence and achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing OperationsAssist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns. Coordinate daily marketing activities and ensure timely implementation. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Digital MarketingManage social media platforms and online marketing activities. Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Monitor website updates, content performance, and online engagement. Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare periodic reports. Content & CommunicationCoordinate the creation of marketing content, including: Social media posts Blogs Newsletters Presentations Company profiles Case studies Support multilingual marketing initiatives with localization teams. Ensure marketing materials align with company branding and messaging. Lead Generation & Sales SupportSupport lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition activities. Coordinate marketing support for the sales and business development teams. Assist in organizing events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Maintain marketing databases and CRM records. Market Research & ReportingConduct market and competitor research. Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. Track trends within localization, translation, and application industries. Team CoordinationSupervise marketing coordinators, designers, or external vendors when required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects. Follow up on task completion and campaign deadlines. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in localization, translation, technology, SaaS, or application industries. Experience in digital marketing and campaign coordination. Required SkillsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels. Social media management and content coordination. SEO and online advertising knowledge. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Reporting and analytical skills.
