We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to support organizational goalsManage end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition processesLead and support Organizational Development (OD) initiativesOversee Payroll and ensure accuracy and complianceHandle all Personnel & employee relations mattersDrive and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives 5–8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar roleStrong understanding and hands-on experience in Performance ManagementSolid experience across core HR functions (OD, Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel, PMS)
