Sales Moderator - Camera & Photography Equipment

This role is the bridge between Camera X's online presence and our sales floor. Every day, dozens of photographers — first-time buyers, hobbyists, and professionals — reach out to us with questions before making a purchase. Your job is to be there for them: respond quickly, recommend accurately, and turn those conversations into closed deals. You'll spend your day managing live conversations across Facebook, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business. A customer might ask about a specific camera model, and your job isn't just to say "yes, it's available" — it's to understand what they shoot, what their budget is, what gear they already own, and recommend the right complete setup. You'll then confirm stock with the in-store team, finalize the sale, and coordinate delivery or pickup. You're also our brand's first impression online. The way you reply to a public comment on a product post can attract new customers — or lose them. The way you handle a complaint can save a relationship — or damage our reputation. This is not a passive customer service role. You're expected to actively drive sales, meet monthly targets, and build a base of repeat customers who come back specifically because they trust you. 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or social media moderation (priority for candidates with proven sales results)Excellent written Arabic — polished, friendly, and persuasiveIntermediate English — you'll read product descriptions, camera specs, and supplier emails in English dailyStrong typing speed and ability to manage multiple live conversations simultaneouslyComfortable with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMsEager to learn camera and photography product knowledgeAvailable full-time, on-site at our store
