Support the wholesale sales team with accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Monitor sales performance, targets, KPIs, and assist in identifying performance gaps.Ensure proper execution and optimization of the sales process and workflows.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution.Maintain and update CRM system data to ensure accuracy and usability.Collaborate with finance to track invoices, collections, and credit limits when needed.Assist in forecasting demand, planning sales cycles, and preparing sales presentations.Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and proper stock management.Support the development of sales tools, dashboards, and performance summaries.Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and streamline operations.Provide administrative and operational support for the wholesale sales department.Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting after-sales coordination and resolving operational issues. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role (preferably in wholesale business).Strong reporting and data analysis skills.Solid business and financial acumen.Experience in sales process design, optimization, and workflow improvement.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
