New team members receive structured training and support to help them succeed and grow within the organization.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales (Real Estate) Fresh role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales person will support clients throughout the property search and purchase process, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable projects, and explaining available offers. Daily tasks include conducting property consultations, scheduling and attending site visits, following up with potential buyers, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves coordinating with developers to obtain updated information on projects, prices, and promotions, and sharing these with clients in a clear, professional manner. The Sales person will work closely with team members, participate in sales meetings and training, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.QualificationsStrong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.Interest in or basic knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and the local housing market.Sales-oriented skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Real Estate License as required by local regulations.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including evenings or weekends as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients at once.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated applicants.
