About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, meeting clients directly, building strong relationships, and bringing new business on board. This is primarily an outdoor/field role — ideal for someone who thrives outside the office and loves meeting people.Key Responsibilities• Actively prospect and acquire new customers in the field• Present and promote the company's products/services to potential clients• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets• Report daily field activity and pipeline updates to management• Follow up with leads and close deals effectively• Represent the company professionally at all timesRequirements• 1 to 3 years of sales experience (call center or field sales background preferred)• Fluent in Arabic (native) and English (professional level)• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule in the field• Must be comfortable with daily outdoor client visits
