Search for new clients and expand the customer base.Receive and follow up on incoming inquiries and requests.Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.Follow up with potential customers until closing deals and signing contracts.Update customer information and maintain records regularly.Coordinate with technical and execution teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and identify new business opportunities.Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets.Maintain the company’s professional image and provide excellent customer service. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.1–5 years of experience in sales (experience in construction, sports fields, landscaping, or finishing is preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Strong presentation and closing skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Valid driving license is a plus.Willingness to attend site visits and client meetings when required.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
