We’re Hiring: Educational advisor ( customer service sales )Join our team and help students continue their learning journey while driving business growth!💼 What You’ll Do:• Connect with existing customers to drive course renewals and increase retention• Build strong relationships with students & parents through regular follow-ups• Monitor student progress and use insights to recommend the best renewal plans• Deliver excellent customer experience by handling inquiries and resolving concerns• Provide ongoing after-sales support to ensure long-term engagement• Conduct IOR Classes (Student Revision & Support Sessions) to reinforce learning and improve student performance• Use student progress to confidently drive renewal conversations• Achieve and exceed monthly targets 🎯🎯 What We’re Looking For:• 1+ year experience in sales / telesales / customer success• Strong communication & persuasion skills• Ability to simplify information and support student understanding• Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset• Positive attitude with strong ownership and resilience💰 Competitive salary + attractive commission📍 Location: Cairo , Maadisunday to thursday from 12 to 9pmsaturday from 12 to 4pm📩 Interested?
