Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Sales Specialist ! As a full-time Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience across B.TECH branches. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in identifying the right products and solutions based on their needs, while achieving sales targets and contributing to branch performance. You will leverage your product knowledge, communication skills, and customer-centric approach to build strong customer relationships, ensure smooth sales operations, and maintain high standards of service excellence. You will also collaborate closely with the branch team to support daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive measurable sales results. Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities: • Promote products inside the branch to drive sales and fulfill customer needs. • Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide accurate product information. • Update product prices and specifications to ensure accurate product display and knowledge. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with the branch supervisor regarding promotions, pricing updates, and stock availability. • Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective selling techniques. • Support daily branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth sales transactions.
