Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, delivering sales presentations, and working towards achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and contributing to the development and execution of training programs for new team members. The role also involves ongoing collaboration with the Sales Management team to optimize strategies and drive business growth.QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships, and address client needs effectively.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and contributing to team objectives.Experience in Training and coaching team members to ensure skill development and alignment with business goals.Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the education sector or knowledge of training programs will be considered an advantage.
