The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and driving sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, assisting customers in selection and purchase decisions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to upsell and train on new products and services. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and providing excellent support to clientsProven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExperience or ability to conduct Training on products and servicesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentPrior experience in retail or home appliances is a plusFluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
