Purpose of the job:To strengthen OneHealth’s collaboration with AXA Egypt by facilitating sales initiatives that directly contribute to improving burning cost & loss ratio performance. The AXA Sales Specialist serves as the key liaison between OneHealth & AXA’s sales & CRD teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, & commercial synergy across shared accounts. This role combines strategic account management, sales activation, & relationship building.Key responsibilities:Sales & business development:· Drive sales efforts targeting AXA corporate accounts & individuals to increase utilization of OneHealth services versus other AXA providers.· Ensure that sales activities positively impact AXA’s burning cost & loss ratio, supporting business sustainability & profitability.· Develop & execute joint sales & activation plans with AXA’s sales & CRD teams.· Account & relationship management:· Act as the primary contact person for AXA accounts served through OneHealth.· Build strong professional relationships with AXA stakeholders to foster trust, engagement, & strategic collaboration.· Provide account performance insights & feedback to enhance joint initiatives & improve member experience.On-ground activations:· Manage & oversee on-ground sales activations, awareness campaigns, & corporate health events in coordination with AXA’s marketing & commercial teams.· Ensure proper brand alignment & professional representation of OneHealth during all AXA-related activities.· Monitor the effectiveness of activations & provide regular reports to management.· Internal coordination & communication:· Collaborate with OneHealth departments (operations, products development, marketing, & customer care) to ensure smooth execution of AXA-related initiatives.· Maintain continuous communication with AXA’s sales, CRD, & operations teams to align on account priorities & service delivery.Knowledge & product expertise:· Maintain full orientation & up-to-date knowledge of OneHealth’s service portfolio (clinical, diagnostic, wellness, & digital services).· Ensure AXA teams are aware of new OneHealth services, promotions, & facility capabilities.· Contribute to presentations, training, & briefings for AXA staff as required.Performance indicators (KPIs):· Growth in utilization & revenue from AXA-insured members.· Contribution to improved burning cost & loss ratio metrics.· Number & success rate of on-ground activations & awareness campaigns.· Relationship satisfaction feedback from AXA sales & CRD teams.· Quality & timeliness of internal & external communication & reporting.Knowledge, skills, & experience required:· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related healthcare field.· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in insurance, healthcare sales, or account management.· Proved managerial background in leading a team.· Proven background in insurance industry & hospital accounts management.· Strong knowledge of medical insurance dynamics, claim behavior, & burning cost principles.· Excellent sales & negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.· High level of presentation, interpersonal, & communication skills.· Professional, presentable, & highly self-motivated.· Excellent English language proficiency.Core competencies:· Strategic account management.· Sales & business development.· Communication & negotiation.· Relationship management.· Collaboration & cross-functional alignment.· Analytical & commercial awareness.· Leadership potential.
