Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative and coordination support to the Chief HR Officer. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different business units. The EA will support daily operations, ensure smooth communication, and assist in prioritizing key HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Manage and coordinate the Chief HR Officer’s calendar.• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.• Support internal communication across HR team and other stakeholders.• Prepare basic reports, presentations, and meeting materials.• Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence.• Coordinate travel and logistics when required.• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee or entity information.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• High level of discretion and confidentiality.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Fluent English written and spoken• Ability to work across multiple teams and entities.• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Preferred Competencies• Exposure to HR function is a plus.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
